Let’s make a deal.

I know what I’m asking. Your attention is the most valuable thing you own, and as you read this page, a device in your pocket vibrates with seventeen reasons to put it down.

I know the pull. I feel it too.

I built some of the systems that create it.

So here is what I’m offering: If you give me your attention, real attention, I will give you mine. I will not waste your time. I will not pad these pages with filler or repeat myself or hedge every sentence until the meaning drains out. I have spent most of my adult life thinking about how AI will impact our future, and several of the most intense months of my life in a rabbit hole that I want to share with you. I haven't worked this hard since my 20’s. It’s both thrilling and terrifying to see this rate of change, and I feel an obligation to report from the front, so that you might have the tools to deal with what’s coming for you
