The whole course answers one question — “What are we doing here, and what will you accomplish at IE with the AI tsunami at large?” — by flipping the coin every module: theory of mind, then the action of building.
Every module runs three lanes in the Data-X format: AI Mindset & Broadview (the mind — lecture, two chapters, a mindset objective), AI Tool Set Practice (the build — hands on the tools), and the Team Project (the build — your X, moved forward every module). Progress reviews rotate team-to-team so your work tours the room. Schedule subject to change.

No curve. Commitment over prior expertise — grit matters more than where you start. Both sides of the coin are graded: the mind work (reflections, evidence audits, the disclosure log) and the build work (the factory, the milestones, Demo Day).
An AI-enabled product or service for a real user/market. From a one-line story to a working AI factory and a pitch that lands. Maps to lean-startup + the Business Model Canvas.
Use AI to chase a real question — gather and analyze evidence, run an inquiry, produce a finding that survives your own evidence audit. Research at speed, with the judgment to know what's true.
A film, a design, writing, an app, a public-good tool. AI as instrument, your judgment as the artist — and prove the human is still the author. Social-impact builds welcome.

Five shifts run beneath every module. See them in full on the course doc →
Intelligence isn't inside you — it's around you.
Don't make the shoe. Make the factory.
Your network of people is now a network of agents.
Stop doing the work. Direct the intelligence.
AI amplifies you — for better and worse.
