Handle and Resonating
Finding a word or image that captures the felt sense's quality, then checking — resonating — between the handle and the felt sense. Asking and Receiving
Directing a question to the felt sense itself — not the mind but the body — and welcoming whatever comes without agenda. The felt shift arrives here, confirming that carrying forward has occurred.
