I had spent months building *You On AI* around the idea that AI is an amplifier — that it carries whatever signal you feed it, carelessness or care, noise or purpose. I believed this was my framework. Then I read Norbert Wiener, and I discovered he had already written the engineering spec for everything I was trying to say. Not approximately. Exactly.
