The price was wrong. That is the sentence I kept turning over after reading Stiglitz, and it is the one that changed how I think about everything I built in Trivandrum.

I had been telling the story of the twenty-fold multiplier as a story about capability. Twenty engineers, each doing the work of a team, at a hundred dollars a month. The numbers were real. The exhilaration was real. The expansion of what each person could attempt was genuinely new. I wrote about it in *You On AI* as a story about human potential unleashed.
