Claude is the most articulate collaborator any writer has ever had. This is not a trivial observation in Murray's framework — it is a diagnosis. The fluency with which AI produces clear, well-structured, sometimes genuinely beautiful prose creates a seduction more dangerous than bad writing ever was. The threat is not that the machine writes poorly but that it writes too well too soon.
