Giving Voice to Values (GVV) is the curriculum Mary Gentile developed at the Aspen Institute and Yale School of Management and refined at the Darden School of Business and Babson College. Its founding insight, demonstrated across more than 920 pilots on all seven continents, is that professional ethical failure is rarely a failure of knowledge. People know what is right.
