Five people can do the work of a hundred. I documented that ratio in You On AI. I measured it in a room in Trivandrum. I celebrated it — the expansion of capability, the collapse of the imagination-to-artifact gap, the sheer creative velocity of building with AI at your side. I still celebrate it.
