That sounds like a contradiction. It is not. The muscles you feel are the ones straining — the ones at their limit, announcing themselves through effort. The muscles you trust are the ones that have been trained so deeply they operate beneath awareness. The surgeon's hands. The pilot's sense of altitude. The engineer who feels a codebase the way a doctor feels a pulse.
