The number I cannot get out of my head is ninety-five.
Five people can do the work of a hundred. I documented that ratio in You On AI. I measured it in a room in Trivandrum. I celebrated it — the expansion of capability, the collapse of the imagination-to-artifact gap, the sheer creative velocity of building with AI at your side. I still celebrate it.
But the ratio has two sides. Five people empowered. Ninety-five people implied away.
I keep choosing to keep the team. I describe that choice in You On AI as the Beaver's ethic — building for the ecosystem, not just for efficiency. I believe in that choice. I make it every quarter. And every quarter, the boardroom
